Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of arrival, provided they are in unused and brand new condition.

• Once opened, items cannot be returned.
  This is due to health and safety regulations, which prohibit the return of opened items for hygiene reasons.

Inspection of Returned Items

• Upon receiving a return, the item will undergo a thorough inspection to verify that it meets the return criteria, including being unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The item will either be approved or denied for a refund based on its condition and adherence to the return policy.

• Refunds will only be processed for items deemed in satisfactory condition during inspection.

   

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Due to the nature of our products and health and safety concerns, items are not eligible for exchange. Returns are strictly for refunds only.
